Thanks, guys. After it gets approved at FGL I'm going to go in and make a couple of tweaks so I'll keep your suggestions in mind. Youtube's compression kind of messed up the explosion sound, but I'll take another look at that too now that I've had a couple of days to clear my perspective.
mklee: I think it's a little more intense than it looks, because the player's speed is fairly low relative to the bullets that are flying around, although it is meant to be a slower, more accessible game. If you want you can try the previous game,
2elacsy, which might give you an idea what it's like. (Or if you're on FGL you can just play the actual game if I add you to my friends list.)
